Have you ever wondered what these little colourful balls of light are in your picture or video’s? They are called orbs, an orb is an energetic being, something or someone from the spiritual realm. There are so many entities that we normally don’t see, such as angelic beings, our ancestors and deceased loved ones.
These spiritual beings usually need bright light or darkness to show themselves, this is easier due to the contrast. Sometimes you can see them with your own eyes when it’s really dark, or when you make a picture on a sunny day and you catch some rays of sun, that is the perfect light spectrum for them to show themselves. Sometimes when I feel a presence but don’t know for sure who it is, then I will point my camera into the light to see them. Based on the colour they present, I will know the energies they want to send me and/or who the spiritual being is.
The orbs come in all kinds of different colours. These colours are an agreed upon consensus, but its always important for you to feel the energy yourself and to consider the situation. For example, when you have a funeral of a loved one and you see an orb above their casket, it is most likely your loved one in Heaven that is there with you. Trust that when you see it, you will feel it intuitively. Don’t doubt yourself.
The colours
A white orb. White is a combination of all colours within the light spectrum and is associated with purity, truth, harmony, goodness, peace, and Divine light. If you see a white orb in your picture, this is a very pure energy and is associated with Archangel Gabriel. It can also indicate the presence of a dear loved one who has passed away. The colour white stands for Divine presence, protection and reassurance. The angels or your loved ones are letting you know they are close by and watching over you.
A blue orb. The colour blue is associated with truth, calmness, wisdom and spiritual awareness. It carries an energy of trust, stability and guidance. Blue is often connected with healing, offering comfort, emotional balance and reassurance during challenging times. A blue orb is also associated with protective angelic energies and is linked to archangels such as Archangel Michael, who is mentioned in the Bible as a powerful protector. A blue orb may also represent the energy of an innocent soul (child or pet), bringing you peace and reassurance that the soul is nearby.
A green orb. The colour green is associated with harmony, growth, hope, good health and healing. Green also resonates with the natural world. A green orb is often connected to nature spirits, healing energies and Archangel Raphael. He is known as the angel of healing and restoration. If you see a green orb in your picture, it can mean that the energy in your heart chakra is opening, or that your are supported in your overall wellbeing, to help you find balance during challenging times.
A silver orb. The colour silver is associated with justice, protection, and acknowledgement. It’s connected to spiritual communication, meaningful messages in your dreams, and the connection between the physical and spiritual realms. Silver is often linked with the energy of the moon, your inner wisdom, and a state of heightened awareness. A silver orb brings a reminder to trust your intuition and remain open to the spiritual messages and the signs.
A golden orb. The colour gold is associated with confidence, wisdom, success, and spiritual richness. It represents abundance, determination, and the strength to overcome challenges. Gold has a connection to the Sun, to its brilliance and is associated with the Divine. It also represents awakening, enlightenment and spiritual blessings. If you see a golden orb in your picture, it is often associated with high-dimensional beings like your spiritual guides or highly evolved ancestors.
A purple orb. The colour purple is associated with mysticism, integrity, and creativity. It represents compassion, kindness and spiritual awareness. It’s also associated with archangel Zadkiel, the angel of mercy, who held back Abraham of sacrificing his son Isaac. A black orb. Black orbs in pictures are often associated with lower vibrational energies or spirits that have not yet detached from earthly energies. They are believed to represent energies that have not fully moved into the light and may require healing, release or spiritual transition. A black orb can also represent the need for protection, cleansing, and the removal of negative influences. The size of the orb. The size of an orb also carries meaning. The larger the orb, the more energy and spiritual evolution it carries. A larger orb represents a stronger spiritual presence, a higher level of consciousness, and a greater amount of energy surrounding the person, place, or moment captured in the picture.
What is important to realize is that the colours and the size of an orb do carry different meanings. But the spiritual world also works in a personalized way. If you start to associate one colour with a certain spiritual being or loved one, that is the colour that will show up more often in your reality if that is the spirit you want to connect with more.
