My healing work has been shaped by a long and personal journey. Throughout my life I have faced significant challenges, I experienced prolonged childhood trauma and have survived intimate partner violence. More recently I suffered the loss of my only child, my daughter Lumi, who suddenly passed away at the tender age of four.
These experiences have shaped me in ways that no formal education or training ever could. For many years, I have been walking the path of inner healing. I have been steadily working through trauma while also experiencing many moments of joy and happiness with loved ones. To support my healing, I have explored different healing modalities that helped me reconnect with myself on every level. EMDR therapy has supported me through different layers of trauma, including the loss of my daughter. Neurofeedback has helped to rewire neural patterns, by breaking persistent thought loops. I have also embraced practices such as meditation, forest bathing, trauma release exercises, fascia releases and acupuncture, which I all continue to practice to this day. These healing modalities have helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and have given me a greater sense of well-being and inner peace.
I have always felt guided and supported by my intuition and a higher spiritual guidance. As a child, I would often see souls from the afterlife, which shaped my belief that there is more to this physical reality. Throughout the years I have seen, heard and felt how my spiritual team is always around for support and guidance. This connection would continue to grow and expand, and after my daughter’s passing, the angelic realm would open up to me. The angels have been a constant source of comfort and hope, especially during the most difficult moments. Alongside the grief, I have also learned how to continue a loving relationship with my daughter in the Heavenly realm.
Today, I bring together my personal journey, the years of work experience in the mental health field, and my spiritual perspective to support others on their own path of healing. Because sometimes when life feels overwhelming, you just need a little reminder that you are not alone. You are always protected and guided by the higher realms, and I am here to offer you a practical, helping hand as you slowly find your way forward. One step at a time.
With kindness,
Eini
